Two-day meeting of BJP National Executive; Will Speaker Nadda get extension? A to Z Counsel

Circle Institute, New Delhi: The two-day meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Executive will be held in Delhi on 16 and 17 January. In this, the party’s national president J. Sources in the party said on Tuesday that there is a possibility of extension of P. Nadda’s tenure.

In the party or in the main organizational meeting, the strategy for the upcoming assembly elections of various states will be discussed. Along with this, the preparations for the next year’s Lok Sabha elections will also be reviewed. Nadda’s three-year term as party president ends at the end of the month. Considering the upcoming elections, there is a possibility of getting extension.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is half of Nadda’s party, would have got an extension to lead the party’s preparations for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. After the parliamentary elections, the BJP’s organizational elections were held and Nadda was elected unopposed to the post of president, participating in the Union Cabinet during the second term of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

There is a possibility of discussion or meeting on countrywide programs organized by the government for India’s presidency of G-20. Through this medium, BJP is vigorously preparing to take the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the citizens, a path-breaking program is being prepared to involve party workers or all the planning.

Organizational elections after the Lok Sabha elections?

The party’s performance in the assembly elections that were rejected and the work of the BJP government at the center, as well as the postponement of the organizational elections in the wake of the assembly elections and the Lok Sabha elections, can be discussed in the meeting. After the Lok Sabha elections in April-May 2024, the process of elections within the party may begin, sources say.
