On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, this control room has been set up at the headquarters of the Sugarcane Development Department. With a view to bring progress in the work being done by the call center personnel and to provide quality solutions to the queries and suggestions, the control room has been designated as N. It is integrated with modern facilities like Computing System, EPB X, Intercom and Web Based Software. Due to which now 24-hour continuous assistance will be provided to the sugarcane farmers by the experienced and efficient personnel on the toll-free number 1800-121-3203.
Giving detailed information about the functioning of the Call Center, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department, Sanjay Bhoosreddy said that in order to further strengthen the functioning of the personnel of the toll-free control room, the control room has been linked with high-tech facilities, due to which As a result, the queries of the sugarcane farmers can be resolved by the control room personnel 24X7 and in a quality manner.
