Rumika Tiwari’s 15-year-old son Ayushman Tiwari hanged himself in front of his eyes at Katra Vision Beg in Saadatganj, Lucknow. She kept shouting from the window and stopped the son, but he did not listen. The only fault of the mother was that when two brothers quarreled over watching cartoons on TV, the mother slapped the elder son.

On the request of the family members, the police handed over the dead body of the child to them only after doing the post-mortem. Rumika Tiwari’s husband Rajesh Tiwari has died. She was living in Katra Vision Beg with two sons Ayushman and Anshuman. On Sunday night, Rumika was doing household chores and both the sons were watching TV in the room.

Younger son Anshuman was watching Chhota Bheem on TV, then Ayushman started changing the channel. There was a fight between the two on this matter and Ayushman slapped Anshuman two or three times. After this, started taking Anshuman out of the room. When Rumika heard the sound of the fight, she reached the room and seeing Ayushmann’s action, she slapped him. This angered him.
