Major issues in Devdutt Kamat’s Rationalism
While rationalizing Thackeray’s side, Devdutt Kamat said that he could not obey the orders of the Legislature Speaker. The decision of the party’s counter-selection has been taken after their selection on 3rd July. Sunil Prabhu was replaced by Shinde Gatta and Bharat Gogavale was appointed as the replacement. Only, for this the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly was given a letter dated 22nd June of the resolution of 21st June. There was no time in giving that letter to the parties. At the level only Vidhimandal Pakshachyavatin was given.
Who is the whip? Devdutt Kamat argued that there was no procedural irregularity in the election of the whip, but there was no incidental irregularity.
Shiv Sena’s wing should have been formed in 2018. Shiv Sena party chief Uddhav Thackeray should have been nominated, said Devdutt Kamat.
Shinde is claiming to be an interested party to read the anti-defection law from the MLAs of Gatcha. And the Election Commission has also given them symbols and sides. However, the decision of the Election Commission cannot be applied with retrospective effect, hence Devdutt Kamat is not considered.

Eventful rationalization ends on Thursday
Meanwhile, Supreme Court Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud gave information to Shinde’s lawyer regarding the rationalization till Thursday afternoon. After that Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi are their arms again. Aata, Niraj Kishan Kaul is rationalizing with Shinde.
