On Thursday, a hearing was held in the Mathura court on five cases filed regarding the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute. Among these, the revision case against the order of the Civil Judge Senior Division of Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh and Senior Advocate Rajendra Maheshwari on the permanence of the case has been transferred by the District Judge to the court of ADJ VI for hearing.

In this matter, the Sunni Central Waqf Board has appeared in the court on Thursday. Advocate Rajendra Maheshwari told that now hearing will be held on December 20 in this case. On the other hand, District Judge Rajeev Bharti has reserved the order on the application of advocates for case transfer, which is expected to be given by evening.

In the case of Supreme Court advocate Ranjana Agnihotri, the court has fixed the date of January 5. On the other hand, National Treasurer of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha Dinesh Sharma told that in his case the Sunni Central Waqf Board did not appear in the court. Notice has been given to the opposition to appear in the case of the office bearer of the Mahasabha, Anil Tripathi.

In the case of Thakur Keshav Dev Mandir’s Sewayat Pawan Shastri, the process of giving notice in the court was also completed. His advocate Deepak Devkinandan Sharma said that in all the three cases, the court has fixed the date of hearing on January 5.
