New Delhi. The Delhi High Court has rejected the petition demanding the transfer of the investigation from the police to the CBI in connection with the Shraddha murder case. On the matter today, the court says that we have not found a single good reason to consider this argument.
In fact, today the Delhi High Court asked in this regard, why are you demanding the transfer of the investigation to the CBI, when the family members are not making any demand from their side to transfer the investigation to the CBI. On this, the petitioner said, what happened in the Chawla gangrape and murder case, everyone saw it? The Supreme Court acquitted all the three accused, questioned the police investigation. On this, the Delhi High Court immediately expressed its displeasure and said that without any research, allegations are being leveled against the Delhi Police. We dismiss this petition.
