On the occasion of Shardiya Navratri, the railways has made it easier for the devotees going to Vindhyachal, the abode of Mother Vindhyavasini. It has been decided to stop 11 pairs of trains at Vindhyachal railway station on the occasion of Navratri. Their stay will be from 26 September to 9 October. The special thing is that no passenger will be charged a fair surcharge from the railways during this period.
North Central Railway CPRO Dr. Shivam Sharma informed that special arrangements have been made for passenger facilities at Vindhyachal Railway Station during the Mela period. From the point of view of security, the number of RPF personnel is also being increased there. At present, one minute additional stoppage has been ensured for 11 pairs of trains going from Prayagraj Junction and Prayagraj Chheoki there during the Mela period.
