Second day of Agniveer recruitment: mud in the field, yet the youth ran a lot, if the shoes filled with water, then hundreds of dreams were broken


The recruitment is being conducted from 20 September to 10 October under the aegis of Army’s Meerut Recruitment Office. On the very first day of recruitment on Tuesday, bad weather also took the fire test of the youth. The race for the first day ended at 11:30 am in which 8,300 candidates from Gautam Budh Nagar, Dadri and Jewar Tehsil showed their stamina. Due to the formation of mud on the ground due to rain, the candidates ran a lot in the midst of difficult conditions. Today the candidates of Hapur, Dhaulana and Garhmukteshwar Tehsil were recruited.

For the recruitment rally that started at Chaudhary Charan Singh Sports Stadium, the queue of candidates started on Meerut Road at 11 pm on Monday. Before entering the exhibition camp, the admit cards of the candidates were checked on the main road. It was only after checking the admit card and other documents at around three o’clock late in the night that the candidates got entry from the exhibition ground to the sports stadium. The race was started in the stadium at around 5.30 in the morning. Army officials tried hard to dry the ground, but in spite of this, the track became muddy at many places. Candidates showed their stamina by participating in the physical examination with full strength. Even today there was damp mud in the ground.

On the first day, 8300 candidates had arrived to attend the recruitment rally. About 300 candidates participated in the race together. The race ended at 11:30 in the morning.

Today eight thousand youths of Hapur ran

The youth of Hapur showed stamina on the second day of the Agniveer recruitment examination. 8200 youth from all the three tehsils came to appear in the physical recruitment examination. The youth of Hapur, Dhaulana and Garh Mukteshwar tehsils were given entry in Chaudhary Charan Singh Sports Stadium from around 12 o’clock on Tuesday night. The race took place from around 5 to 11 in the morning. Candidates participated in 1.6 km run, beam, nine feet jump followed by race and zig-zag balance test.

The best performers during the race are marked for recruitment. The officials included these candidates in the excellent and good categories.

Major General Tiwari encouraged the youth who came to become Agniveer

Zonal Recruitment Officer Major General Manoj Tiwari, who came from Lucknow, inspected the site of Agniveer Recruitment Rally. He encouraged them by interacting with the candidates. In November, the preparation of the entrance exam of the candidates is going on. On Wednesday, Major General Tiwari reached Chaudhary Charan Singh Sports Stadium and Exhibition Ground. The candidates who came to participate in the race were asked to attend the physical recruitment test with full hard work. After the completion of the physical examination, preparations are being made to conduct the Common Entrance Examination in the month of November.

In the recruitment rally, Agniveer is being recruited for General Duty, Technical, Clerk, Store Keeper Technical, Tradesman 10th and 8th pass. Only those candidates who have registered are being included in the recruitment.

If the shoes filled with water, then the dream of becoming Agniveer was broken.

The candidates had to face difficulties due to the rain water being filled at the recruitment site. The candidates said that they were made to run four rounds of the field for 1600 meters. It was not much for them, but the race could not be completed because of the water. The shoes were filled with water, making it difficult to run.
