Lucknow : Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Satish Mahana, starting from December 5, 2022. Requested all party leaders for cooperation to conduct the third session of the 18th Legislative Assembly smoothly. He said that democracy is strengthened through dialogue and positive discussion in the parliamentary system. In the all-party meeting held at Vidhan Bhavan, all the party leaders assured the Speaker of the Assembly to cooperate in running the House. In the meeting, the assembly speaker said that this is the biggest assembly of the country. Naturally, the proceedings of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly present a standard and model for the Legislatures of the whole country.
The Speaker urged the leaders of all the parties to present their respective sides in the House under decency and parliamentary decorum and debate in the House in a loving atmosphere. Expecting the party leaders, Mahana said that the way cooperation has been received from all of you in the previous sessions, similar cooperation is expected this time also. On this occasion, all the party leaders while appreciating the working style of the Speaker said that something new is being seen in the Vidhan Sabha under your guidance. It is expected that in the future too, changes will be seen in the Vidhan Sabha with new experiments.
