Nagpur. A new FIR has been registered against Sahil Khurshid Syed, known for blackmailing and cheating, in the Koradi police station. Apart from rape, the ex-wife has also accused Sahil and his brother Taufiq Syed of cheating, assault and grabbing property. The police registered a case and arrested Sahil, while the search for Taufiq is on. Sahil and the victim were identified in January 2018. Sahil used to go to the hospital for treatment. There he told the victim that his wife and family members do not take care of him. By pretending, he increased friendship with the victim and both of them became in love.
Sahil proposed marriage to her and forced her to divorce her husband. On 27 June 2018, Sahil married with Muslim rituals in a hotel room on Wardha Road. After a few days, the victim came to know that Sahil had another wife. This is his third marriage with the victim. On being asked for an answer, Sahil thrashed the victim fiercely.
He divorced both of them in the presence of relatives at his second wife’s house. Even after this, Sahil stopped the victim by pretending to be of love. Talked about getting a divorce under the pressure of family members. The victim was asked to take halala. She again came into conversation but Sahil continued to fight with her.
Court sent to police custody
Meanwhile, Sahil’s brother Taufiq pretended to help the victim. By pretending to save her from her brother, he had physical relations with the victim. To start Hotel Lucknowwala located in Sadar, took Rs 25 lakh from the victim. Taufiq took Rs 3 lakh in the name of investing money in shares. Both the brothers continued to exploit the victim. Kept threatening to make his obscene videos and photos viral. Meanwhile, an attempt was made to capture the victim’s flat located in the Koradi police station area.
The accused had an eye on a property of Panchpaoli as well. Fed up with the physical and mental harassment of both, the victim complained to the police. Koradi police registered a case and arrested Sahil. On Thursday, after presenting him in the court, police custody of 5 days was sought. Defense advocates Kamal Satuja and Kailash Dodani opposed the PCR. The court sent Sahil to police custody for one day.

So far 9 cases have been registered against Sahil. Many people became victims of land grabbing and blackmailing by preparing fake documents. Along with a doctor, he conspired to honey trap the BJP leaders but failed. In the year 2018, the police had clamped down on him. Sahil was arrested in 6 cases. He was released from jail on bail only a few months ago. Now after the new case came to the fore, he again came in the discussion.
