Chennai: A painful road accident took place in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday. In which six people died. Some people are injured, they are undergoing treatment in the hospital. In this case, the Chief Minister has ordered compensation. According to the information, six people were killed and four others were injured when a van collided with a large truck.

Chief Minister MK Stalin ordered a compensation of Rs one lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased. An official release said that after hearing about the accident, Stalin deputed MSME Minister Mo Anbarasan to visit the site and provide all assistance.

The Chief Minister ordered better treatment for the injured and ordered financial assistance of Rs one lakh each to the families of the four killed in the accident. Expressing grief, Stalin expressed his condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased.

The accident took place in Chengalpet district on December 7 when the passengers were returning from Tiruvannamalai to Chennai. The four injured are undergoing treatment at the Chengalpet Government Medical College Hospital. All of them are residents of Pozhichalur, a suburb here. The condition of the injured admitted in the hospital is said to be serious.
