The murder was revealed through surveillance and WhatsApp chat. Based on the numbers marked with the help of surveillance, the police reached Rishabh’s wife Sapna and her lover. After this, when both were strictly questioned, they accepted the incident. On November 27, Rishabh Tiwari was attacked by bike-borne miscreants with the intention of murder. Though Rishabh was saved in it. The wife had filed a report accusing neighbor Karan Vishwakarma. Meanwhile, Rishabh died on December 3.
When the police interrogated Karan, no dispute came to the fore, nor was his location found at the scene. After this the needle of the police turned towards wife Sapna. When the call details of his mobile were taken out, it came to light that he was in contact with Raipurwa resident lover Rajkapoor alias Raju and Surendra Yadav, the medical store operator located near the house. In the investigation, the numbers of Raju and Sapna were found active at the spot. After this, the WhatsApp chat of Sapna and Raju’s mobile was removed. Evidence related to the murder case was found in it. Police is also probing the role of Surendra Yadav.

In Kanpur, wife Sapna conspired with lover Raj Kapoor to kill Rishabh Tiwari in greed of property. On November 27, Raj Kapoor, along with fellow employee Satyendra Vishwakarma alias Situ, had made a fatal attack on Rishabh. According to the police, after surviving the attack, Sapna killed Rishabh by giving him an overdose of drugs. Sapna used to bring these medicines from Surendra Yadav. The police have sent lovers Raj Kapoor, Situ, Surendra and Sapna to jail.

Sapna used to give double dose of medicines to Rishabh everyday. The lover Raju also used to bring some medicines and give them to him. The police is ascertaining which were these medicines. The effect of overdose was visible within 24 hours. When the dosage was continued the condition worsened.

Another shocking fact came to light in the Rishabh murder case. Sapna had given three lakh betel nut to her lover for killing her husband. This was revealed from the WhatsApp chat of Raj Kapoor aka Raju. Raju has also confessed to the crime during interrogation.
