Akola, Shinde, Fadnavis government had announced that they will make Diwali sweet for the common people. But on the occasion of Diwali, he could not succeed in giving a special gift ‘Anandcha Shidha’ kit to the ration card holders of the state. According to the information received from the office of the District Supply Officer, out of 3 lakh 32 thousand 274 beneficiaries of the district, this kit has been distributed to only four thousand beneficiaries. But it cannot be denied that another 87 percent of the common people of the district are deprived of the ration of ‘Anandcha Shidha’ kit.
After the formation of the Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde government, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had last month announced to give Anandacha Shidha to the common people with the aim of making Diwali sweet. Although a month has passed since the announcement was made today, but the ration has not arrived yet. That’s why common citizens are wondering whether the announcement of kit distribution has been lost in the air.
Despite the beginning of Diwali festival from October 21, this kit could not reach Akola. Due to which angry Shiv Sainiks (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) staged a dharna on 20 October at the office of the Food and Grain Supply Officer. After which this kit reached the district two days later but it was insufficient. Therefore, to whom should this ration be distributed, the question was before the District Supply Officer.

In the distribution of ‘Anandcha Shidha’ kit, one liter of palm oil, one kg of sugar, semolina, gram dal is being given to the yellow and orange ration card holders for just one hundred rupees. Since this kit did not reach the homes of common people on time, so many people’s Diwali was faded without the kit.

On October 20, ‘Anandcha Shidha’ kit has arrived in Akola district. After which this kit was distributed among 28 cheap grain shopkeepers according to the list. This distribution is being done through the Jalna-based Consumer Federation Society across the state. Since it is being distributed all over the state there may be some problem. This kit will reach the district in a day or two.
