Rapid action in UP: 15 bighas of land of international cattle smuggler seized, know who was Akbar Banjara


Gangster Shamim Banjara’s brother and international cattle smuggler Akbar Banjara’s 15 bighas of land has been seized. On the orders of Meerut DM, the team confiscated this land located in Mithopur village of Badhapur and handed it over to Tehsildar Nagina. This action was taken with the help of Badhapur Police.

On Monday, on the orders of District Magistrate Meerut, CO Mawana Ashish Sharma, Inspector-in-Charge of Police Station Bahsuma Mahavir Singh reached Badhapur police station and got their inflow. From where Tehsildar Nagina, Revenue Department’s team and station in-charge Inspector Anuj Kumar Tomar, Sub-Inspector Sanjeev Kumar reached Mitthopur village of the area along with the police team.

In this village, the brother of gang leader Shamim Banjara, director of international cattle smuggler AA Banjara Private Limited, was purchased in the name of Akbar Banjara resident Mohalla Banjaran town and police station Falavada district Meerut. About 15 bighas of agricultural land was confiscated. The estimated cost of which is estimated to be around Rs 60 lakh.

The land was confiscated and handed over to Tehsildar Nagina Avnish Kumar. After taking this land in handover, Tehsildar Nagina Avnish Kumar told that no one will interfere on this land without the order of the competent court. If anyone is found doing so, legal action will be taken against him.

Let us inform that Akbar Banjara, an international animal smuggler, has been killed in Assam in the month of April. Akbar Banjara’s brother Shamim Banjara is also a cattle smuggler and is also the leader of the gang.

It was told that this action has been taken under Section 14A of the Gangster Act.
