New Delhi. According to a big news received from Canada, objectionable activities against Hindu temples are still going on here. In this sequence, now a sensational case of writing objectionable slogans on the Ram temple built in Mississauga, Canada has come to the fore.
Expressing strong displeasure over the incident, the Indian Embassy has now demanded appropriate action. At the same time, the Indian Embassy has complained to the local administration of Canada and demanded that this entire incident should be investigated and the strictest action should be taken against the culprits.
In this regard, the Indian Embassy in Toronto wrote in its tweet that, “We strongly condemn the desecration of the Ram temple in Mississauga and the writing of anti-India slogans on it. We also strongly demand from Kanara’s organizations that this incident should be thoroughly investigated and the strictest action should be taken against those who commit such acts.
Be aware that, recently in January 2023, similar objectionable acts were done at a temple in Canada itself. Earlier in September 2022, the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Canada was defaced with anti-India graffiti by ‘Canadian Khalistani extremists’. So at the same time, a statue of Mahatma Gandhi was also ‘defaced and defaced’ in July 2022 at Vishnu Temple in Richmond Hill, Greater Toronto Area.
