New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge hit out at the government. He took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called him ‘mouni baba’, questioning his silence on the Adani issue. . After which BJP MPs in Rajya Sabha opposed it. Meanwhile, in response to Kharge’s remarks, Rajya Sabha Speaker Jagdeep Dhankhar said that such remarks do not suit his stature.
Mallikarjun Kharge was replying to the President’s address. During this, he targeted the central government regarding the Adani case and called PM Modi as Mouni Baba. He said that I want to ask the PM why you are so calm. You scare every other person, why are you not scaring the industrialists?
