Bahubali former MP Atiq Ahmed’s trouble is about to increase in the MLA Raju Pal murder case. The Allahabad High Court has set aside the order of Special Judge MP MLA Prayagraj allowing cross-examination of two witnesses. Along with this, the special court has been directed to complete the trial (trial) of BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case within two months and pronounce the verdict.

The court said, allowing the defense to cross-examine two witnesses again after the conclusion of the evidence and evidence is an abuse of judicial process. Justice DK Singh has given this order while accepting the petition of eyewitness Krishna Kumar Pal alias Umesh Pal in the murder case. In this, the validity of the order passed by the Special Court on 18 Dec 19 was challenged.
