There will hardly be anyone who does not like sweet food. But, some people avoid market sweets, as it is injurious to health. If you also want to eat sweet, then you can try Rabri Malai Toast. It is very easy to create it. Let’s know its recipe –

  • Bread slices – 3-4
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Milk Powder – 2 tsp
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Dry fruits – 1 cup
  • Rose leaves – 1 cup

First cut the bread slices from the edges. After this, cut the white part of the bread into square shape.

Heat ghee in a pan and put the bread in it. Bake the bread well till it turns brown from both the sides. As the bread turns brown and becomes crispy, take it out in a plate.

Put ghee in another pan and heat it. Now add milk to the ghee.

When milk boils, add milk powder to it. Cook on low heat till the milk thickens. Switch off the gas when the milk looks like rabri.

Spread the prepared milk on the bread slices well. After this, decorate the bread by cutting dry fruits.

After the dry fruits, decorate the rose leaves on the bread. Your Rabri Malai Toast is ready. Keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled.
