According to this, while checking the fitness of the vehicle, it has been made mandatory to upload the information of the speed governor installed by the vehicle driver on the vehicle system, but it has also been made mandatory to fill this information in the system himself. But till now the information of speed governor was not uploaded due to non-receipt of login ID to the producers to enter the information on the system. Due to this, the passing process of vehicles which was to be held at Dive RTO office was stalled on Wednesday.
