New Delhi : ‘The government will adhere to the time limit for processing the nine names recommended by the collegium for appointment as judges in constitutional courts and the process will start in two-three days for the 44 names,’ the central government told the Supreme Court on Friday.

‘Forty-four of the 104 referred to the government by the collegium of high courts will be decided by November or the end of the week and only the list will be sent to the Supreme Court,’ said Attorney General R.K. Venkataramani told the Supreme Court on behalf of the government. Justice. Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Ny. Abhay S.
