President Draupadi reached Murmu Dashashwamedh Ghat after offering prayers at Kashi’s Kotwal Kalbhairav Temple and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Here she will attend the Aarti of Maa Ganga. The President will perform aarti of Mother Ganga and wish for the welfare of the countrymen by performing Shodashopchar Pujan. Will also watch the aarti of Maa Ganga while sitting on the stage. Nine archakas of Ganga Seva Nidhi will perform aarti. 21 girls will also make mother Ganga spin. Every corner of the Ghat will be lit up with lamps. The ghat is decorated with flower garlands.

Shodshopachar worship of Baba Vishwanath

President Draupadi Murmu has come out from the sanctum sanctorum of Kashi Vishwanath temple. He wished for the welfare of the countrymen by performing Shodashopchar Pujan. After coming out of the temple, now the grandeur of the Dham complex is being seen. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Cabinet Minister Anil Rajbhar, Minister Dayashankar Mishra ‘Dayalu’, Neelkanth Tiwari, and many other high officials are present. Leaving the Dham, the President will go to Dashashwamedh Ghat. Will participate in the special Ganga Aarti.

President Draupadi Murmu has reached Kashi Vishwanath Dham after offering prayers at Kalabhairav temple. They are being welcomed by Damru Ninad, conch shell sound and Vedic chants. Leaving Baba Dham, the President will attend the Aarti of Maa Ganga at Dashashwamedh Ghat. The President will perform aarti of Mother Ganga and wish for the welfare of the countrymen by performing Shodashopchar Pujan.

President reached Kalbhairav temple
President Draupadi Murmu has reached Kalabhairav temple. After darshan-worship in the temple, Shri Kashi will go to Vishwanath Dham and mark attendance. A red carpet has been laid from the entrance to the sanctum sanctorum in the Dham.

The President’s convoy proceeded from the Circuit House
The President’s motorcade proceeded past the Circuit House. From Police Line to Varuna Bridge, people are standing on the roadside to greet the President. Security has been tightened near the Kalabhairav temple. Media has also been removed from near the temple.

President Draupadi Murmu arrived at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Babatpur, Varanasi at 2:50 pm by a special aircraft. Received by Governor Anandi Ben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Minister Anil Rajbhar, Minister of State Dayashankar Mishra Dayalu, MLA Neelkanth Tiwari, Sunil Patel, MLA Saurabh Srivastava, District Panchayat President Poonam Maurya, Station Commander 39 GTC Brig Rajeev Nagyal, Air Commander Anuj Gupta and others were present.

President in Varanasi LIVE: President Murmu reached Dashashwamedh Ghat from Vishwanath Dham, will see grand Ganga Aarti
President Draupadi Murmu’s first visit to Kashi has taken place. He was received by Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Varanasi Airport. President Murmu will be in the city for about four hours. The President’s convoy from the airport is first going to the Kalabhairav temple. After darshan-worship in the temple, Shri Kashi will go to Vishwanath Dham and mark attendance. A red carpet has been laid from the entrance to the sanctum sanctorum in the Dham. Leaving Baba Dham, the President will attend the Aarti of Maa Ganga at Dashashwamedh Ghat. The President will return to Delhi by a special aircraft around 7.15 pm.
