Leader of the infamous cow smuggler gang and SP block chief from Kaudihar Mohd. The hammer will hit Muzaffar’s economic empire again. His assets worth around Rs 6 crore will be attached soon under the Gangster Act. In this regard, permission has been received from the district administration. The property, which has been allowed to be attached, is located in Bhiti Devmafi village under Pipri police station area of Kaushambi.
It is in the form of five bighas of land, on which there is currently a guava orchard. Police say that Muzaffar acquired this property from the proceeds of crime. In this case it will be attached under gangster. Muzaffar, a resident of Nawabganj’s Chafri, is currently lodged in jail. A case was registered against him under Gangster in Puramufti last year. Thirteen others were also made accused in the case. In this case, the process of attachment of his property is going on.
The leader of the inter-district cow smuggler gang Muzaffar is the history sheeter of Puramufti police station. According to the police, he is the kingpin of the inter-district cow smuggling gang. Apart from Prayagraj, 30 cases are registered against him in Varanasi, Kaushambi, Fatehpur, Bhadohi and Chandauli. Most of these cases are related to the Cow Slaughter Act. Last year, he had won the block chief’s election while in jail.
Gangster made on the basis of case registered in 2018 Muzaffar, the eldest of eight brothers, has five brothers who are history-sheeters. In 2018, he was arrested in Dhumanganj with 1.8 quintals of banned meat. Charge sheet has been filed in this. Last year, on the basis of this case, Puramufti police had slapped gangster on Muzaffar and 13 members of his gang.
