Hearing on the application of Purvanchal’s mafia Mukhtar Ansari for conducting voice sample test will be held in the district judge’s court on Thursday. After the custodial remand was over, an application was submitted by the ED before the remand court to conduct voice sample test of Mukhtar, on which the remand magistrate had fixed the date of January 4. But, after the strike was declared by the District Advocates Association, the court has fixed the date of January 5 for the hearing of the case.
