A large bench of seven judges of the Allahabad High Court, sitting in the courts of the state regarding the lack of justice rooms, judge chambers, drinking water, toilets and all the basic facilities, expressed strong displeasure over the attitude of the state bureaucracy. The court said that apart from the Additional Law Secretary, no senior officer of any department is present in the court during the hearing. Whereas, the officers were called to cooperate in the hearing.

The court said that the bureaucrats do not give an explanation for non-compliance of the order, only additional time is sought. Basic facilities are not being provided to the courts. The court directed the Chief Secretary to ensure the presence of a senior officer to assist the Advocate General before future hearings. Along with this, the Chief Secretary has been directed to file an affidavit of compliance of the order. The next hearing of the petition will be on November 15. The Advocate General also agreed with the court and said that the officers do not come for cooperation in the case.

Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal, Justice Pritinkar Diwakar, Justice Manoj Mishra, Justice Sunita Agarwal, Justice SP Kesarwani, Justice MK Gupta, Justice Anjani Kumar Mishra will hear a public interest litigation on the issue of providing necessary basic facilities to the courts of the state. Big back.
Advocate General Ajay Kumar Mishra also said on the attitude of the officials that he is not satisfied. On this, the Chief Justice said that such bureaucracy has not been seen before. Who does not follow the order and does not even give an explanation. Advocate General said that his experience is similar. He is helpless.

On this, Justice Sunita Agarwal said that you are not helpless. The larger bench said that an unfortunate situation is happening. Is it not interference in the administration of justice that no senior officer is present in the court to give information and hearing has to be postponed. Courts do not have justice chambers and chambers for the sitting of magistrates. Unable to work as desired. Advocate General Ajay Kumar Mishra assured the court of maximum cooperation. The government is bound to follow the orders of the court.
The court has ordered to present the database of basic facilities of the courts. The matter will be heard on November 15.
