Even after this, the employees went on strike for the whole day on Friday and protested by taking out a procession in the campus. Union President Jitendra Kumar and Minister Pradeep Kumar Singh while addressing the employees said that the intention of the government is not clear from the letter of the Special Secretary.

That is, they intend to establish the Directorate of Higher Education partially or completely in Lucknow in the future. In such a situation, the work boycott will continue until the order of December 30 is cancelled. Along with this, there will be a demand to cancel the order of December 30 by writing a letter to the Union Chief Minister. Vice President Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Ashish Kumar, Sampurnanand Tripathi, Alok Tripathi, Ghanshyam Yadav, Bechan Ram, Surendra Kumar Singh etc were present on this occasion.
