A 35-year-old woman jumped in front of a train carrying her one-year-old daughter near Jairampur Patpar crossing in Dhumanganj. It is not known why he did this. The police kept trying till late night but could not identify him.

The incident took place around 6 pm. Near Jairampur Patpar crossing, a woman jumped in front of the train with her daughter. Due to this both of them died on the spot. Police reached on the information and questioned the people around but could not identify. After this the dead body was sent to the mortuary. Dhumanganj Inspector Rajesh Kumar Maurya told that efforts are being made to identify him.
