The decision came after 37 years in the case of killing shopkeeper Lal Bahadur Singh by entering a grocery shop in Rahatikar under Udaipur police station area in the year 1985 with a sharp weapon. Although the victim had died five years ago. The family members have expressed happiness over the court’s decision.

In the year 1985, Harihar Singh, a resident of entire Basawan of Udaipur police station area, filed a case that his father Lal Bahadur Singh was beaten up with a sharp weapon by Karunesh Singh alias Lallu Singh, a resident of Balipur Bodwa, after entering the shop. Due to which he became mortal. His treatment is going on in the district hospital. The hearing of this case was going on in the Lalganj Civil Court.

In this case, Civil Judge Kunwar Divyadarshi gave his verdict after hearing the statement of the witnesses and cross-examination of the advocates. Accused Karunesh Singh was sentenced to three years imprisonment and was also punished with a fine of five thousand rupees. After knowing about the decision, the family members expressed happiness. Ramsingh, son of the victim Lal Bahadur Singh, told that his father had passed away about five years ago. On the day of the incident, the family members were going to attend the program of Rakha Thirteenth.

Karunesh attacked his father after entering his shop in the afternoon. Struggling to save his life, he had somehow locked the door of the shop from inside. When he reached the shop before going to the program, he was bleeding. On calling out, he opened the door and fell down. He was taken to the police station as he was covered in blood. From there again taken to the hospital. For what reason did the accused Karunesh attack? Didn’t understand it. While he used to come home often.
