New Delhi. According to the big media news, NDTV founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy have resigned from RRPR Holding Pvt Ltd. Whereas, Sanjay Puglia, Sudipta Bhattacharya, Senthil Sineya Chengalvaryan have been appointed as Directors on the Board of RRPR Holding Private Limited with immediate effect.
Significantly, NDTV founder Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy have resigned as directors of RRPR Holding Pvt Ltd, a promoter group entity. Adani group is now close to acquisition of this news channel company.

Explain that Adani Group had acquired RRPR. RRPR holds 29.18% stake in NDTV. However, the Roys still hold 32.26% stake in NDTV as promoters and have not resigned from the news channel’s board of directors. Please inform that Prannoy Roy is the chairperson of NDTV and Radhika Roy is the executive director.
NDTV on the matter said that the board of directors of RRPR Holding has approved the appointment of Sudipta Bhattacharya, Sanjay Puglia and Senthil Chengalvarayan to the board with immediate effect.
