  • Millet flour – 1 cup
  • Rice – 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
  • Salt – as per taste Water – 6 glasses

Millet soup is a great recipe in winters. If you want to make millet soup, first of all pour 6 glasses of water in a cooker and put it on the gas to boil. During this, keep the gas flame on medium. Meanwhile, put millet flour in a bowl and make a paste by adding half a glass of water to it and mixing it well. After this, clean the rice and wash it thoroughly.

When the water kept in the cooker comes to a boil, add millet flour and rice mixed in the water. Mix them while stirring with the help of a big spoon and also add a pinch of salt. After this, put the lid of the cooker and cook it till one or two whistles. After this, turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker release on its own.

When the pressure of the cooker is released, open the lid and take out the prepared millet soup in a serving bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over it. Taste and nutrition rich millet soup is ready to serve.
