Doctors health workers remained alert
CHC doctors and health workers had already been alerted about the death of five and many injured in the accident on the expressway. Eight injured were brought to the CHC in four ambulances. In this, five were declared dead by the doctor. Two more of the injured succumbed to their injuries during treatment. CHC in-charge Dr. Anoop Tiwari told that the condition of Lakshyaveer admitted among the injured is improving. He was left alone in the family.
Subhash’s family narrowly escaped
The family of Subhash Aggarwal (55), a paint company dealer who was going from Lucknow to Vrindavan to visit Banke Bihari, had a narrow escape in the accident on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway. He was accompanied by wife Sheela (50), daughter Pooja (28), granddaughters Aadhya, Prisha and grandson Anmol. Everyone survived. Everyone in the incident kept on taking the name of God. As his car was damaged, he was made to stand in the police station. He was sent home in another vehicle.
Traffic affected for an hour
Traffic on the expressway was affected for about an hour after the accident. The damaged vehicles were removed from the accident site as well as cleaned. Also signs were installed. During this, other passing vehicles were passed slowly. Soldiers were stationed at a little distance. So that vehicles can be removed slowly. After about an hour the traffic on the expressway became normal.
