Sagar Malik, accused of killing the infamous Vicky Tyagi of Muzaffarnagar, has been declared an adult by the Juvenile Court. Former block chief Vicky Tyagi was produced in the court on 16 February 2015.
Vicky was shot dead
Meanwhile, a Sikh disguised youth who came as an advocate shot dead Vicky Tyagi and surrendered by handing over the pistol to the police. Tyagi’s mother Suprabha had filed a murder case against Sagar Malik alias Sagar Bahawadi and many others.

The hearing on the age of the accused was going on in the Juvenile Justice Board. Juvenile Justice Board’s Judicial Magistrate Vibha Dhama, after completing the hearing, declared Sagar Malik alias Sagar Bahawadi as an adult at the time of Vicky Tyagi murder case. On 11 July 2013, the murder of former head of Bahawadi, Devendra, committed in the court premises, was accused.
