Mumbai Crime | Police seized 4970 bottles of cough syrup containing 'codeine', 5 peddlers arrested. Navabharat (New India)

Mumbai: Mumbai Police has got a big success. The Anti-Narcotics Cell of Police recovered 4970 bottles of cough syrup containing banned drug ‘codeine’ from Mazgaon area. In the international market, the price of syrup has been told as Rs 22 lakh. In this case, the police have arrested five peddlers. At the same time, a case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act.
