Winters have started. These days, tasty and nutritious vegetables like greens, radish are made in the kitchen of every household. Especially radish vegetable, paranthas are also mainly made these days. But have you ever tasted ‘Mooli Ke Kofta’? If not, then what is the delay?   • Radish – 3
  • Gram flour – 4 tbsp
  • Tomato – 2
  • Curd – 3 spoons
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Green chili – 2-3
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green coriander – 2 cups
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • oil – as needed
  • salt to taste

  • First of all break the leaves of radish and grate it.
  • After this, take out the water present in the radish.
  • Drain the water and put the radish in a bowl. Add gram flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt to it.
  • Now add chopped green chilies to it. Prepare a paste by mixing all the ingredients.
  • Pour oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
  • When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the koftas prepared with radish paste.
  • After turning brown, take out the koftas in a separate plate. Pour oil again in a separate pan and heat it.
  • Add cumin, asafoetida to this oil and fry it. When the mixture is fried, add ginger and garlic paste to it. After adding the spices, add chopped tomatoes to it.
  • Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • When the masala starts leaving oil, add curd to it.
  • After adding curd add water to the gravy and let it cook.
  • As the gravy starts to thicken, add koftas to it.
  • Add koftas and cook the vegetable for 2 minutes. Now add salt and garam masala to it.
  • Cover and cook the vegetable for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the gas after the fixed time.
  • Take it, your ‘Mooli Kofta’ is ready. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with roti.
