What is the episode?
The remains of Tom Thomas (prime suspect Jolly Josephche Sasre), Annamma Thomas (Jollichi Sasu), Mathew Manchadial (Tiche Mamae Sasre) and one Varsachi Alphin (Jolly’s second husband Zakariachi Mulgi) would have been sent to the Central Forensic Laboratory in 2020. Or Khatlyat, there are total four accused and the main accused Jolly Joseph are accused of murder, criminal conspiracy, cheating and destruction of evidence. A special court in Kozhikode came to the fore on the proceedings initiated after cyanide traces were found in the dead body of Jolly first Navara Roy Mathew.
Second accused M Mathew and third Priju Kumar are accused of plotting and abetting the crime. Both of them, who are businessmen, are claimed to have cyanide contamination. Manoj, the fourth accused, is a former CPI(M) leader. He is accused of helping Jolly in preparing a fake death certificate to usurp the family property. He has come to register the crime of harvest.
In October 2019, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) Jollila was arrested for the murder of six family members of the Ponnamtam family in Koodathy village in Kozhikode district, Kerala. During the 14 years from 2002 to 2016, she is accused of committing murder. Whether the murder was premeditated, the investigation team has said.
Jolly’s father-in-law’s murder was half done. Retired teacher Annamma Thomas died in 2002. After that six years i.e. in 2008, Tom Thomas, a retired teacher’s father-in-law, came to take his life. Then in 2011, Jolly was accused of murdering her first boyfriend, Roy Thomas. In 2014, mother-in-law Mathew Manchadial lost his life. In 2016 Roy Thomas’s Chulatbhau and Jolly’s second Navara Zakaria’s first wife Silli and their one year old son died suspiciously. Silly and Jolly Joseph were close friends.
In fact, this Sahi death would have seemed natural till 2018. Only Rojo Thomas demanded a special investigation by the police, showing the postmortem report of his brother Roy Thomas, the report of cyanide poisoning. He told that Jolly had given the documents to the revenue department to transfer the property of the family to his name. Later, Sahi brought out the bodies and after a thorough forensic examination, traces of cyanide poison were found in both of them (Roy and Seely).

SIT was found during the investigation that Jolly was creating fraud regarding his job. He would have told that he was working as a professor at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kozhikode for 14 years. Only the matter is factless and both her children would have been witnesses in the case. Later, her second husband Zakaria also became a witness to the crime. Since being stuck in 2019, Jollila has been kept under judicial custody. She tried to commit suicide by cutting her jugular vein in February 2020, but survived.
