Two bike-riding friends died in a painful road accident on Friday night in Chunar area of Mirzapur district of UP. Both were going to the company for night shift duty. After the news of the accident, there was chaos in both the families. The family members who reached the hospital were in bad condition by crying.
Akash alias Golu Sharma (20) son Raman Sharma, a resident of Sarai Tekour of Chunar police station area, used to work in Mahamaya Saria Company located in Dumduma village. Vindhyachal’s son Ranjan (22), a resident of Bhakti village of Dildarnagar police station area of Ghazipur, also worked in the same company. Akash and Raman used to go to the company to work together everyday.
On Friday night, Akash was going for duty at Dumduma-based Mahamaya Company, sitting on his partner Raman’s bike. The bike went uncontrolled and collided with the divider near Chechari turn of Chunar police station area. Both were seriously injured in the accident. The Chunar police, who reached on the information of passers-by, took both of them to the Community Health Center.
Where the doctor declared both dead. On information, there was chaos among the family members who reached the hospital. Police sent the dead bodies for postmortem. Chunar Kotwal Triveni Lal Sen told that two bike riders died after colliding with the divider. The dead body has been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. The relatives have been informed.
Ranjan, a resident of Bhakti village in Ghazipur, lived alone in a rented house in Chunar. His family members have been informed. They have left for Mirzapur from Ghazipur. Both the bike riders were not wearing helmets. Both suffered serious head injuries in the accident. Both of them lost their lives in this. Had he worn a helmet, his life could have been saved.
