Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak while encouraging the meritorious students said that they should follow the path on which they have vowed to walk. Do not change the path again and again, success will kiss your feet. Everyone will stand behind you. The time to come is waiting for you.

Pathak said that by securing high marks, the students not only brought laurels to the school and their parents but also to the state. The state government is constantly vigilant about their interests. The government will work continuously for the lives of these students. He said that about 47 lakh students took part in the UP board examination. Among them those who got higher marks proved that they are different from other students. These students have brought pride to their family, school, society and state. On behalf of the government, he assured that work will be done to develop these talents continuously.

The Chief Minister said that many innovations have been made in the field of education with the recruitment of teachers. Smart classes are being made using technology in schools. Basic facilities are being provided in schools under Operation Kayakalp. Laboratories, libraries are being set up. Digital platform is being used. He said that the syllabus has also been vastly improved, the NCERT syllabus has been implemented on the lines of CBSE. So that the students of the state keep themselves mentally prepared for the All India level examinations at the time of school education itself.

The Chief Minister said that 25,20,634 children had appeared for the high school examination in 2022. The result of the examination was 88.18 percent. The result for boys was 85.25 percent and that of girls was 91.62 percent. Boys secured 28 percent and girls 72 percent in the merit. In the Intermediate exam, 22,37,578 had given the exam. The result was 85.33 percent. The result of students was 81.21 and that of girl students was 90.35 percent. In the state level merit of Intermediate, 53 percent were girls and 47 percent were boys.

45 students selected through Abhyudaya coaching

The Chief Minister said that the Abhyudaya Coaching Center run by the government has yielded better results. 45 students of Abhyudaya Coaching have been selected in the PCS recruitment conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Appreciated the social concerns of Amar Ujala

Describing Amar Ujala as an important newspaper, the Chief Minister said that he appreciated the programs of social concern run by Amar Ujala. The Chief Minister said that Amar Ujala discharges the responsibility of social concern by delivering true, accurate and factual news to the public. He said that Amar Ujala operates the Atul Maheshwari Scholarship Scheme with respect to meritorious students. Recently, a big program to distribute equipment to Divyangjans was organized in Gorakhpur. He said that Amar Ujala is also celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of its establishment, heartfelt congratulations for this. He thanked the Amar Ujala family for honoring the meritorious students of the Board of Secondary Education for the last ten years. While wishing the meritorious, he wished them a bright future.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that before 2017 there was a question mark on the purity and transparency of the Board of Secondary Education examination in the state. Some districts of the state had become the bases of copying and the trade of copying was done. Addressing the meritorious student award ceremony of Amar Ujala, the Chief Minister said that earlier, meritorious students were faced with the problem of identity outside the state, people believed that they would have passed by copying, so they did not give any importance to them. But the state government has changed this perception in five and a half years by radically improving the education system to the examination system, now the meritorious of the state is respected.

The Chief Minister said that before 2017 the condition of Secondary Education Council schools was very bad. Where there were buildings, there were no children, and somewhere there were children, there were no teachers. He said that where there were all three buildings, children and teachers, there was no atmosphere of learning. He said that it was assumed that when you have to pass by copying, why go to school?

But in 2017 the government decided that there should be fairness and transparency in the examination, he said. He said that in the last five and a half years, the government has not only stopped copying but has also recruited adequate number of teachers. 1.26 lakh teachers have been recruited in Basic Education alone. 40 thousand teachers have been recruited in secondary education. Retired teachers of Mathematics, Science and English have been re-inducted on honorarium. It has shown better results.

The Chief Minister said that before 2017 there was a big difference between the examination and the result. The High School and Intermediate examinations used to go on for two-and-a-half months and the results came in three months. After that it used to take two to three months for admission. The remaining three months are spent in festivals and festivals. He said that in 2017 when he prepared to complete the examination and admission process in two months. He said that where there is a will, there is a way, now the examination of the Board of Secondary Education is held in a month, results come in 15 days. After that the process of admission takes place in 15 days. The whole process is completed in two months.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the path of shortcut can never take you to the heights. By adopting a challenging path, one can achieve new heights of success in life. The Chief Minister said that the path of shortcut always leads a person to trough and downfall, whereas challenges make a person strong. The Chief Minister honored the state-level meritorious students of Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education’s High School and Intermediate Board Examination 2022 and the meritorious who secured first position in the district at Amar Ujala’s meritorious student award ceremony held at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan on Friday.

The Chief Minister said that the National Education Policy-2020 will provide many opportunities to move forward. Students should be ready to shape their future better now and be role models. He said that but role models can be made only when they do not follow the path of shortcuts. He hoped that the meritorious students would accept the path of challenge in life in future and would not adopt the path of short cut. The Chief Minister said that the meritorious students should move forward by making theoretical and practical knowledge a part of life. Congratulating the meritorious students, parents, principals and teachers, the Chief Minister also felicitated them.

Gaurav path will be built till the house of the meritorious

The Chief Minister said that Gaurav Paths would be built till the homes of the meritorious students who got the first ten places at the state level in the High School and Intermediate Board Examinations.

Society respects talent

The Chief Minister said that talent is not only of the family but also of the society. It is true that the family contributes the most to talent, but the contribution of society should not be forgotten. He said that when society connects with talent, it gets inspiration to move forward. He said that if society contributes to talent, then better results come. He said that when society respects talent, then no one can stop the society from progressing.

Secondary education department gave lessons

The Chief Minister said that it would have been good that the Board of Secondary Education would also coordinate and take action to provide tablets to the meritorious students on time. He said that the work which is done on time is good. He said that a habit should be made to advance the program from time to time.
