Officials arrived to inspect CTR workshop, created a stir
The team of Muzaffarnagar Electricity Corporation inspected the CTR workshop on Delhi Road in Baghpat on Friday. This created panic in the CTR. However, no defects were found in the CTR during the inspection.
XEN Abhishek Singh of Muzaffarnagar Workshop instructed the employees to change the transformer within 24 hours without any facility fee on priority basis in view of the summer season. During the inspection, the team checked the complaint register placed on the CTR, make out and entry register for the arrival of blown transformers and replacement of blown transformers. However found everything fine in the registrar.

Fierce fire broke out in a three-storey shop, goods worth more than 30 lakh burnt to ashes
A fire broke out in a three-storey shop in Chhutmalpur of Saharanpur district. Medicines and other goods worth lakhs of rupees were burnt to ashes due to the fire. At the same time, two vehicles of the fire brigade reached the spot and after hours of effort, the fire was controlled.
Sundarpal Attar’s son Anand Prakash has a three-storey shop in City Complex located on Saharanpur Road, Chhutmalpur, located at Shivaji Nagar, Delhi Road, Saharanpur. On Thursday night at 9.15 pm, Sundarpal had closed the shop and gone to his home. Sometime during the night a fire broke out.
And when the agent Sudhir came to put the newspaper at 5:30 in the morning, the fire was detected. After this Sundar informed the police. The reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained. There is no electricity connection in the shop. Electricity used to run from the solar plant on the roof.

Meerut News Live: Woman dies in hospital in Meerut, fierce commotion, fire in three-storey shop in Saharanpur
A woman died during treatment at Lakshya Hospital located on Sardhana Road in Kankarkheda area of Meerut district. The relatives of the deceased woman have accused the doctors of negligence. It was told that the hospital staff assaulted the victim’s relatives.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and investigated the matter.
