Black necked Rajbak bird has been seen in Sendal Dam area of Kalagarh in Bijnor. According to forest officials, this bird contributes significantly in maintaining the balance of water ecology.
Assistant Engineer Manoj Kumar Likhwar, who reached the spot to inspect the dam, told that this bird was seen on the dam’s spillway, Sheesh Mahal and the road. For the first time such a bird has been seen in the dam area during the harsh winter.
Dr. Dhirendra Pandey, director of Corbett Tiger Reserve, told that this bird plays an important role in environmental protection. Its appearance in the dam area is a big achievement for Corbett Tiger Reserve.

Guldar’s body was found.

The dead body of a Guldar has been found in the forest of Saufatpur village of Najibabad in Bijnor district. Guldar’s body was found lying in the sugarcane field. It was told that there were marks of serious injuries on the neck. The villagers saw another henchman running from the dead body.
Guldar’s dead body was found on Friday in the forest of Mauja Gorilla Bee in Saufatpur village of Nangalsoti. Jitendra, the contractor of Saufatpur resident Manoj Rana, reached his field in the early hours of Friday to harvest sugarcane. While cutting sugarcane, suddenly a henchman was seen running away from the sugarcane field. When Jitendra went near the sugarcane, he found a henchman lying dead. There are marks of serious injuries on Guldar’s neck.
After this Jitendra informed the farm owner Manoj Rana. On information, many villagers including Manoj Rana reached the spot. The villagers have informed the officials of the Social Forestry Department about this. There has been a stir among the villagers due to the information of Guldar in the fields.

Stolen bike recovered in five hours, thief also caught
In Modipuram of Meerut district, the police recovered the stolen bike from under the Palhera flyover in five hours. The police have also caught a thief along with the stolen bike. The police have started questioning the caught thief.
