The administration of Kasturba Balika Residential School in the district will no longer act arbitrarily. The Principal and Divisional Assistant Director (AD) of the District Education and Training Institute will inspect the schools every month. Talking to the family members of girl students who have been absent for more than 15 days, they will also know the reason. Will send the report to the government on the prescribed format.
The Director General School Education has issued a letter to this effect to the DIET Principals and Divisional Assistant Directors. Kasturba Gandhi residential schools are established in Ratanpura, Kopaganj, Ghosi, Muhammadabadgohna, Ranipur in the district. The exercise of monitoring and hardening Kasturba Gandhi Girls Schools has been intensified by the government.
The Principal and Divisional Assistant Director of the District Institute of Education and Training will inspect the schools every month and see the arrangements. Officers will also know the reason by talking to the family members of girl students absent from the school for more than 15 days. Many Kasturba schools are being upgraded up to class 12.
In case of many irregularities coming to the fore in these schools, the DIET principal will inspect four schools once in a week and once in a month. Along with this, the DIET team will conduct surprise visits to all the Kasturba schools in the district and DIET’s senior spokespersons, spokespersons and mentors twice a month to the schools in their block.
Every month the team of women employees will inspect at night. On the other hand, the Divisional Assistant Director of Education will have to check the arrangements of at least two schools of the district under his division every month. Food, stationery, clothes, sanitary pads and other items of girl students including hostel, kitchen, store will also be checked. DM will have to be informed if any kind of irregularity is found.
Will check the quality of construction of hostels and academic blocks in many KGBVs being upgraded up to class 12. The inspection report will have to be submitted to the Director General School Education office by 25th of every month. Review through Prerna Portal, physical verification of school status, conduct of academic activities will also be tested.
Kasturba Gandhi residential schools for girls are being monitored. The Diet Principal has also got the responsibility of monitoring. The letter of Director General School Education has been received. Monitoring will be done as per the guidelines.
