A dog suddenly appeared on the middle of the road at 10.30 pm on Saturday late night near Badagaon of Sarailkhansi police station area in Mau. To save whom the bike became uncontrollable. The speeding bike collided with the divider. In the accident, the youth driving the bike died on the spot while his companion was seriously injured. After getting the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the district hospital, where the doctor referred him to Varanasi when his condition became critical.
According to information, the deceased Ankit (30) was a resident of Jharkhand state. Ankit, along with his wife and a child, used to work as a laborer at a brick kiln in Bhaurepur for two months. Mau was coming for some work with his friend Vikas (27) on Saturday night.
He had just reached Baragaon. Suddenly a dog collided with his bike, in order to save it, his bike became uncontrollable and hit the divider hard. The collision was so fast that the bike got damaged and Ankit died on the spot in this accident. While his partner Vikas was seriously injured.
After getting the information, the police reached the spot, admitted the injured Vikas to the district hospital and sent Ankit’s body for postmortem. When Vikas’s condition became critical during treatment there, the doctors referred him to Varanasi. While hearing the news of Ankit’s death, his wife is in bad condition crying. Ankit has a two year old small child.
