Mathura: When she sought refuge in the cold night, she showered water, inhuman treatment of Kanhaiya's devotees

Luck struck and the family reprimanded and reached Kanhaiya’s city. With this hope and belief that life will pass by memorizing the name of Radha-Krishna. Even here the troubles did not subside. The divine stories going on in the luxurious ashrams of Vrindavan fill the stomach in the morning and evening, but taking shelter in the same ashram in the cold night is like winning life. It is alleged that inhuman treatment was done to the devotees. Cold water showered on a cold night. In fact, on Friday morning, bodies of two women were found in suspicious condition on the footpath in Sant Colony between Anand Vatika and Gauri Gopal Ashram. After this, devotees who were sleeping on the footpath at night were made to run by pouring water on them. Devotees spent the night awake by getting wet and clothed. A warning was given that if they found sleeping here, water would be poured again.

It is alleged that near the ashram, on the devotees who came tied by the strings of faith, they showered water on the pavement while sleeping at night. In the cold night, the devotees who were awakened by the water shower were made to run. It was said that if they are found sleeping here again, water will be poured. This inhuman act with the devotees of Kanhaiya has removed the mask from the faces of those who interpret the religion, so that the beauty of the ashrams should not be spoiled.

Mangeram, who is living on the footpath, told that he has no one in the world. Came to Kanhaiya’s city at the last moment. Here stories are heard in the ashrams. Food is available but when it comes to sleeping at night, ashrams do not give space. I am living my life on the sidewalk. Poured water in the night, clothes got wet. He is not alone, thousands of destitute devotees are living such a life in Vrindavan, Mathura, Govardhan. If you stay outside the ashram, you are banished.

The post-mortem of the bodies of both the women found dead on Friday could not be done. The police are waiting for their relatives to come. In Sant Colony, 61-year-old Champa Gupta resident of Lucknow and 68-year-old Susheela resident of Bihar were found dead in suspicious condition. The police sent the bodies of both of them to the post-mortem home.

Police tried to contact the families of both. Bihar resident Sushila’s son expressed his inability to come while Lucknow resident Champa Gupta’s family could not be contacted. Kotwali in-charge Suraj Prakash Sharma says that until the approval of the family members is not received, the post-mortem cannot be done.
