The court of Civil Judge Senior Division (III) has ordered an Amin survey of the Idgah on the claim of the Hindu Sena in the case of Mathura’s Sri Krishna Janmasthan and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute. This is on the same lines as the court ordered in the Gyanvapi case in Varanasi. Notices were to be issued to the defendants on this on Thursday, but the hearing could not be held. The court has fixed January 20 for the next hearing.

On December 8, National President of Hindu Sena Vishnu Gupta and Vice President Surjit Singh Yadav, residents of Delhi, had claimed in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (III) Judge Sonika Verma. In this, it was said that the Idgah was prepared by Aurangzeb by demolishing the temple on 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna’s birthplace. He presented before the court the entire history from the birth of Lord Krishna till the construction of the temple. He has also challenged the agreement made in the year 1968 between Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh vs Shahi Masjid Idgah.

Plaintiff’s advocate Shailesh Dubey said that on December 8, the entire case was placed before the court. The court had registered the case on the same day and ordered the Amin report. The hearing in this regard could not be held in the court on 22 December. Now by January 20, Amin will have to present the report of Idgah in the court.
