Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha has given an application in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Sonika Verma, after the matter was postponed till January 20, in the case of Amin’s inspection of Idgah, demanding the sending of archaeological officials along with Amin. Treasurer of Mahasabha Dinesh Sharma has given an application saying that with this the evidence which is being tried to be hidden from the Muslim side will be known. The court fixed January 20 for the next hearing on his application.

On December 8, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division III recorded the claim of Hindu Sena National President Vishnu Gupta and ordered an Amin report. This was opposed by the Muslim side. On the application of the secretary of the Idgah Committee, the court postponed the Amin inspection till January 20 and ordered the disposal of the application on January 20 itself.

In the same court, Dinesh Sharma, the National Treasurer of the Mahasabha, has given an application saying that the stones, mythological inscriptions, artifacts of the ancient temple are installed in the Idgah. They have been put in reverse. Whenever there is an inspection by the Amin, the officials of the Archaeological Department must also go along with him so that information regarding all these can be obtained.

Hearing in Shishir’s case

A hearing was held on Tuesday in the court of District Judge Rajeev Bharti in the case of Shishir Chaturvedi. Shishir Chaturvedi has given an application in the Court of District Judge regarding transfer of his case from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division II to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division. His advocate Gopal Khandelwal said that we and the defendants have presented our stand in the court. A decision in this regard will be given by the court.

Manish Yadav’s case will be heard

Manish Yadav’s case will be heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division on Wednesday. His case on 7/11 is being argued in court. Manish told that in a similar case on one hand a court has ordered an Amin report and on the other hand it is being debated in his case. He will also demand from the court that Amin report should be ordered in this matter.
