The Subhaspa (Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party) candidate has filed a petition in the High Court against the cancellation of nomination in the Lok Sabha by-election for Mainpuri seat. The Subhaspa candidate has accused of arbitrarily canceling the nomination under the pressure of power. The petition filed has been accepted for hearing.

Etawah resident Ramakant Kashyap had nominated from Subhaspa for the Lok Sabha by-election. His nomination was canceled during the investigation. Ramakant Kashyap has filed a petition in the High Court through his advocate Ramkripal Yadav. Said in the petition that cutting has been done in his nomination paper after nomination.

‘Yes was cut and no was written’

The affidavit given by him has also been invalidated. After nomination in the oath column, yes has been crossed out and no has been written. On the basis of which his nomination has been cancelled. It has been alleged in the petition that the administration has taken this action under the pressure of power to make a particular candidate win.

The petition of Subhaspa candidate has been accepted in the High Court for hearing. Subhaspa candidate Ramakant Kashyap says that the administration has canceled his nomination against the rules. The administration has arbitrarily canceled his nomination under the pressure of power.

‘The administration deliberately canceled the nomination’

State President of Subhaspa Premchandra Kashyap said that in order to make BJP win, the administration has deliberately canceled the nomination of Subhaspa candidate. Under the pressure of power, the administration is killing democracy. Challenging the decision of the administration, the Subhaspa candidate has filed a petition in the High Court. The petition filed has been accepted for hearing.
