The intention of the Election Commission is to bring transparency by conducting webcasting of all polling places. At the same time, through webcasting in the control room set up in the e-District office at the Collectorate, the voting process going on at the polling places will be monitored.
483 booths of Jaswantnagar will also be webcasted
Mainpuri Lok Sabha constituency also includes Jaswantnagar assembly constituency of Etawah district. In this, 483 polling places have been made. Webcasting will also be done at these polling places, but the responsibility of this is on the Etawah administration.
PC Ram, the officer in charge of webcasting, said that on the orders of the Election Commission, webcasting of all the polling places would be done. Complete preparations have been made for this. The training of the employees to be engaged for webcasting has also been completed.
