In the Mainpuri Lok Sabha and Rampur Assembly by-elections, the BJP has not only made preparations to penetrate the stronghold of the SP by doing door-to-door contact, but has also made a strategy to retain the party’s hold in Khatauli. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken charge of the by-election. After November 15, government ministers, MLAs, MPs and organization officials will camp in Mainpuri, Rampur and Khatauli.

According to the caste equation in the by-election, the leaders will be given the responsibility of campaigning and booth management. Along with the local team at each booth, government ministers, MLAs and party officials will also contact door-to-door. The minister will gather support by meeting people belonging to his caste in the street mohallas.

The Chief Minister will create atmosphere by holding rallies in all the assembly constituencies. State President and State General Secretary Organization Dharampal Singh is preparing the roadmap for micro planning of booth management from campaigning in elections.

Party can bet on Shakya or Thakur in Mainpuri
In Mainpuri, BJP can bet on the candidate of Shakya or Thakur community. Due to the large number of Sakya voters here, the claim of the leaders of this society is stronger. Former MPs Raghuraj Shakya, Mamtesh Shakya, Prem Pal and Satish Pal, who left the SP and joined the BJP, are the main contenders. At the same time, in view of the strong hold of Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh, the party is also churning to contest the elections. Narendra Singh Rathore, president of Mainpuri District Co-operative Bank, is also in the race for the claim. Akash Saxena of BJP is a strong contender for ticket in Rampur by-election. Akash is fighting the biggest battle against Azam Khan. He was also made the candidate in the 2022 assembly elections. On the other hand, Vikram Singh Saini, former MLA from Khatauli, is seeking ticket for his wife Rajkumari Saini.

On the other hand, Union Minister of State Sanjeev Balyan is defending his close aide Sudhir Saini. Local officials and people of the Sangh Parivar are in favor of Rupendra Saini, Regional General Secretary of OBC Morcha. Regional Vice President Pradeep Saini is also seeking tickets.
