Astrologer Pandit Hriday Ranjan Sharma told that this time on Mahashivratri, after 30 years there will be Shash Yoga. The reason for this is that Saturn is also in its zodiac sign Aquarius. Similarly, Guru is situated in Pisces and Sun is situated in Aquarius. This yoga is formed when Moon is in the 10th position and Saturn is in such a situation.
He told that the combination of all the three yogas will increase the auspiciousness. This time on Mahashivaratri, Panch Mahapurush Yoga is being formed with the conjunction of Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Saturn in Capricorn. This is also called Shash Yoga. Shivratri falling in Shravan Nakshatra and being in Capricorn ruled by Saturn in the transit sequence is creating a coincidence of Shash Yoga. On this day, worshiping Shiva in all four hours of the night is fruitful.
