According to the report of Ani, the resident doctors have said about the strike that their many demands include creation of new posts for senior residents, DA as per 7th Pay Commission, non-payment of Covid service dues by the government. According to media reports, the Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors, which includes both junior and senior resident doctors, is involved in the strike.
