The National Executive meeting of the Samajwadi Party will be held in Kolkata from March 17 to 19. This is the first meeting of the new executive after former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav became the national president for the third time. Its preparation has started. The strategy for the Lok Sabha elections will be made in this. There is also a possibility of discussion on the change in the customs of the party. Presidents of 20 states will also participate in this meeting.
Akhilesh Yadav was elected national president for the third time in the national convention of the party held on 29 September 2022 in Lucknow. He announced the 67-member National Executive on January 29 this year. Now its first meeting is going to be held in Kolkata. In this meeting to be held from March 17 to 19, the strategy for the Lok Sabha elections will be discussed. Focus groups will be prepared under the election strategy. Then the party will run a special campaign for that group.
