Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath postponed the foundation stone laying and inauguration of the city’s development works worth 1883.39 crores for Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. These foundation stones and inaugurations were to be done at the Prabuddhajan Sammelan at Jogger’s Park, Hardoi Road. The Chief Minister said, MP and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is trying for the development of the city. In such a situation, this inauguration-foundation stone will be done in his presence only. Now the officials are busy fixing the date for Rajnath Singh’s programme. This program can be held before the code of conduct for civic elections.
The Chief Minister said that the first Shaheed Path inside Lucknow was constructed during the time of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and today the Kisan Path is being constructed with the efforts of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. This is part of a new drive to provide better connectivity in the form of Kisan Path Outer Ring Road and decongest the capital. Under his guidance, we are going to take forward the work of a green corridor. Its foundation stone was proposed today. Be it the Green Corridor or the work on the new residential facility in Lucknow or the program at the Prerna Sthal of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay, these should happen only when the Defense Minister is present here. These programs will take place in front of them only. Soon the programs of those development works will be taken forward through a grand program taking the time of the Defense Minister. Earlier on Monday, the officers and employees in the departments were engaged in preparations for the inauguration-foundation stone laying ceremony. A list of development works was prepared. The stones of the inauguration-foundation stone also reached the venue. But, at the last moment, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself surprised the officials and the people of the city.

The list of foundation stones worth Rs 538 crore was ready in LDA
LDA officers and engineers had prepared a list of schemes worth Rs 538 crore for laying the foundation stone till midnight on Monday. These included the schemes of Rs 221.91 crore for Green Corridor, Green Corridor Bridge and Atal Rashtra Prerna Sthal.

PM’s house made of 132 crores was to be inaugurated
The LDA has built the Prime Minister’s residence in the Sharda Nagar scheme at an estimated cost of Rs 132 crore. 2256 houses have been built here, which are being allotted to the people. A camp was also organized at the LDA headquarters for the registry of those who were allotted houses.
Municipal Corporation and PWD were preparing to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 160 works
Preparations were on to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of about 160 projects related to the development of Municipal Corporation and Public Works Department. Out of the 160 works for which the foundation stone was to be inaugurated, about 120 are development works of the Municipal Corporation. About 250 crore rupees will be spent on these. Similarly, the Public Works Department had about 20 works, on which about Rs 6.50 crore would be spent. Development works whose foundation stone has been postponed include 10 Material Recovery Facility Centers to be set up under the new scheme for waste management. The sewer project of Smart City Scheme includes 10 roads including Lalbagh, Trilok Nath Road, Hazratganj, Aminabad, Cantt Road and Golaganj. Apart from this, many were to be inaugurated including the road near the Director Local Bodies office in Gomti Nagar extension. Barracks with a capacity of 32 persons and a discussion room could not even be inaugurated in the Mohanlalganj Police Station, built by the Public Works Department. Preparations were on to lay the foundation stone of five new roads.
Preparation completed, program will be held again soon
District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar says that on the instructions of the government, the entire preparation of the administration was for the inauguration, foundation stone laying. It has been postponed on the instructions of the Chief Minister. A new date will be fixed within a week so that this program can be organized soon.
The program is possible after the Parliament session
MP representative Diwakar Tripathi says that the Chief Minister himself has postponed the programme. He wants the MPs to be present. The session of Parliament is starting now. This session will last for about a week. After this, the program will be completed after fixing any time. Efforts are being made to dedicate the development of the city to the public within 10 days.
